How do I add a new RingCentral user?

Go to the RingCentral page (https://service.ringcentral.com/overview.html ) and click on “My Extension” - > “Admin Portal” then go to the Users tab at the top.  Click on “Add User” (on the right had side, near the top) and enter the new user’s information
