In PM open a window for Client or Contact, whichever one you want to change the column layout for. On the right hand side, click on “Manage Column Layouts” under “Column Layout”. Click on “new” in the upper left hand corner or press control + n.
All of the available columns will be listed on the left. Highlight a column that you want to be in your column layout and press “Add” to move it to your column layout on the left. Use the buttons labeled “Up” and “Down” to re-order the columns as you want. Click “Save” and click on your new layout under “Column Layout” in order to active it.
