How can I see what version of Citrix I am on?

Right click on the Citrix Receiver (black box with a swirl (think Westworld)) and select “Advanced

Preferences”.

You will see the version number. The version number should say 4.12. If it says 4.18 or is lower than 4.12, you may need to update. (See 'how do I uninstall and reinstall Citrix?' to update your version)
