In Tabs: Main tab → Payments
- Enter Client ID
- View Payment Entry List on bottom half of the window (if the list is not visible, hit the 2nd icon at the top to toggle the list back in)
- → If the list is empty and you think/ know there's activity, hit the "View Options" icon right of Payment List portion of the screen and check "Include Archived Records"
*** If payment is via credit card, there is a lag
