How do I know what a client's balance is?

In Tabs: 

• Statements Tab ---> Reprint Single Updated Statement 

                                  Enter Client ID 

                                             To select older statement(s) use the drop down arrow

                                   OK, choose output method

**** this would not include: WIPs; activity for clients who have been on hold
