I can't log into Webtop. What do I do?

1. First, try: 
   1. Make sure your automatic login is turned off.
   2. Check the spelling of both your username and password. 
2. Use a different browser. If you are using Internet Explorer, try Chrome or vice versa.
3. If steps #1 and #2 did not work, reset your Webtop password by emailing RBO.
