If the network scans computer was offline when you opened applications, you may need to re-establish that connection. This can be done by going under Start, Computer, and Clicking on “Scans” on the side until the red X turns green and you can see everything in it. You will then need to close and re-open applications to re-establish the connection within Worldox.
You may also need to re-map the network drive, by opening File Explorer OUTSIDE of the cloud, clicking on “Network” and clicking on “Map Network Drive”. It should be mapped to HQ-NETWORKSCANS and the folder “Scans”.
If you need to enter (or re-enter) the admin username and password it is:
Username: HQ-NETWORKSCANS
Password: Sunshine123
