A couple things could be going on:
A. If you don't know what your voicemail password is, then submit a ticket and ask for it to be reset.
B. Your voicemail password may have expired. It might ask you to "enter your new password". It is not asking you to enter a voicemail password that already exists. It is asking you to create a new one. Once you enter whatever you want your new VM password to be, it will have you enter it again. Then it will be set. Make sure your write it down!
