Why are my email replies/forwards not sending (either just going back to the draft page when I click send or getting stuck in drafts/outbox)?

DNI had been unable to find a permanent solution for this issue.  However, it should not occur if you open the reply/forward message in its own window by using the “pop out” method.  You can click the “Pop Out” option for a reply that isn’t sending:
