What do I do if a video or audio file is in a format that is unplayable in Webtop/Worldox?

Download the program Format Factory (http://download.cnet.com/FormatFactory/3000-2194_4-10968547.html) and convert the file.  The file will need to be in your Local Scans folder.  Set the output folder as the Scans folder on your computer.  You then will be able to move the converted file from Local Scans to the appropriate client file. For audios, try converting to an mp3.
