How to stop WD from automatically minimizing after opening a document

On the top tool bar, click on Edit -> from the drop down menu select Preferences -> Worldox
In the dialog box on the left menu select Open/Launch
On the right menu double click Minimize Worldox on Launch
Then you can change the setting in the new dialog box
