How to add your HQ email account to your phone

iPhone:

• If you want to add it to your apple email app:

  • Go into settings

  • Select 'Passwords and accounts'

  • Select 'Add Account"

  • Select 'Exchange'

    • Email: [enter your HQ email address]

    • Description: [Whatever you want the email to be labeled]

  • Select 'configure Manually

    • Password: [enter your HQ email password]

  • Server: webmail.mydirectcloud.com

  • Leave 'Domain Field' empty

  • Select "done"

Android:

• Download Microsoft Outlook Exchange App.

• Follow the prompts.

• Username: your email for HQ

• Password: your Webtop password

•  Domain field: [e-mail]

• Server: webmail.mydirectcloud.com
