How to use Conference Room Webcam

On Its own

1) Plug-in the device to a power source and turn device on

2) Connect the device via an ethernet connection

3) Connect a USB Mouse for easy scrolling

4) Insert HDMI cable from TV to device 

5) Use integrated interface to select which meeting software you would like to use. 

6) Join Meeting or log-in to software accordingly if you need to be the host

7) Use remote or side buttons for view and menu control

With a Laptop

1) Plug-in the device to a power source

2) Connect the device to the laptop via USB connection

3) Insert HDMI cable from TV to the Laptop

4) From the Laptop Join Meeting or log-in to software accordingly

5) Select device to be used for Audio and Video

6) Use Laptop volume controls or on-device controls for view and volume
